  Horrible! Beware the billing practices of this office are sketchy at best. My son went August 13 with a soccer injury. Today, I was told one of the fifty-five dollar charges was for a Flu test...I said a Flu test??? For a soccer injury to his thumb???? I've been sent bills with so many different amounts; I've called their "billing department" and left numerous messages. I was told by them their office manager was gone, and someone comes after her other job to do their billing. Blue Cross Blue Shield is investigating. Buyer Beware.

  I took my son and daughter to this urgent care on a Saturday in February 2017. It didn't take long to be seen and the dr was nice. However, I had to pay $200 up front and then, my insurance says I should have only paid $60 total. I called several times a month since march and left messages but no one would call me back. Then, I finally just hit the button to make an appointment so, I could talk with a person. The lady says they do not have anyone in the office that handles the billing and it is handled by another lady outside of that office and she said they do not have access to the voicemail for the billing. She not one time apologized for all of this that I had been going through for the past months. To this day, I still have not received my refund. I will never go back to this place for this reason. This is terrible customer service.
