  Prior to coming to see you I mostly went to Walmart, which was ongoing adventure in standing in line, being told my stuff wasn't actually ready, or being told that my stuff didn't exist despite having received their robotic calls telling me it did. I also used others in town . In the two or three years I've been coming to you guys, I have never had a problem, never had an inconvenience, never had a personality conflict. You do your jobs, and you do them well, and honestly, in this day and age, competence doesn't receive nearly enough praise. Not that i think you guys are merely competent, I feel like you're comfortably above the level of everyone else in the area. I want to give you my genuine thanks for all you've done for my family and I over the last several years. You've made a positive difference in our lives.
