- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It was always between a 2-4 hour wait and visit with a scheduled appointment, just for a filling! Dr.Gilliam is nice, but his staff was rude. The lady that works at the front desk was always mean and gave me attitude. She didn't put my insurance in twice and and tried to charge me as if I didn't have any insurance. She also would let other people ahead of me that signed in after me and had later appointments. When I called her out on it she said she "over looked me" but still continued to let another person ahead of me. Dr. Gilliam is also short staffed, he's the only dentist. Every time I was there he would numb my face and walk away to work on another patient and by the time he came back to work on me my face wouldn't be numb anymore. So he would give me another shot and repeat the cycle of me waiting while he worked on another patient. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt so I went 3 times and the last time I promised myself I wouldn't keep letting myself go through that.
